Wow you gotta love APC's response to that ASX letter
They didn't agree the terms of the raise until Sunday
The timing is just uncanny isn't it ...
The stock drops to new 52 week lows, the ASX effectively put them in a halt with the query ... then on Sunday of all days, they agree the pricing with Hartleys
That worked out so coincidentally well. Truly a lucky sequence of events
Thanks to Hartleys and Shackleton working Sunday to do this deal for all holders
