Just another way I see it:
With regards to the director share options, we the shareholders are incentivising the directors by providing them options to see that they manage DEG diligently and successfully to be worth over 10 cents by Nov 2018. In which case, our interests are also met with the growth in share price.
Just my opinion.
In any case, the directors will only get those share options subject to majority shareholder votes - so feel free to vote with your shareholding rights.
