Bit confused on the earlier GW comment about if half of shareholders put in $15k there wouldn't be a scale back - kinda sounds like from the info provided today on placement and spp that there will actually be a scale back even though (at least on the retail side) the average was slightly over $15k?
Unless am misinterpreting the information given. What I could gather was of the 42m shares, half was for the placement and half was for the SPP - 21m shares each roughly.
They said the placement was subject to a scaleback but only gave the final amount raised ($1.379 x 21m shares) rather than how much was applied for
Said SPP would also be subject to scaleback and $500 minimum parcel - but the figures they gave made it sound like it was exactly 50% oversubscribed which seemed a bit too much of a coincidence.
