Oh yes I have reread the announcements again thanks for pointing it out aga - now I see that placement is 1/3 of the shares and SPP is 2/3. Placement: 21,278,371 shares x $1.379 = $29.3M SPP: 42,556,743 shares x $1.379 = $58.7M Total 63,835,114 and $88M So the above all marries up the ASX issue of securities announcements and the $ amounts raised (total and the split)
So then the actual missing question is how much was originally applied for by everyone so can then determine what was the scale back level (e.g. X shares for every Y held).
I only have 3000 shares but I applied for more than this amount since I was due to buy a parcel of similar size any time now anyway and kind of expected some kind of scale back - given I'm one of the smaller shareholders I don't think I'll be getting very many.
