Look enough to cover the current level of losses for 5 quarters unless they do something extra stupid. Added to their existing cash, they have enough to cover for 7 quarters of losses. That will buy enough run way keep the share price stable for another 3 quarters? This is hopeful to keep the share price from dropping under 17c in the near future.

It looks like people won't get many shares out of this SPP. They do pro rata to the number of shares you held on 13 Nov. They did not say the ratio. So, they potentially reward those who kept more shares (if the share price is not going under 17c).
