'The scale-back was applied pro-rata to each Eligible Shareholder’s shareholding at the Closing Date.' That's a bit sneaky. It should be stated upfront or the very least 'applied pro-rata upto the max of $30,000'. (Maybe I missed that in the offer doc) So if you sold ALL your shares at 0.006 cts to apply for SPP shares at 0.004 cts, you will get nil. (Insto do that all the time, sell and buy back at the lower rights price).
