Yep, the BOD and management are as dodgy as they come. They have totally stripped shareholder value, burnt $40mill of shareholder funds over the last 10 years, bullshitted all of us, collected their bloated salaries for years and then award themselves a ton of shares for free.
One common theme, shareholders paying their hard earned money to a bunch of BS muppets who talk but done walk.
