Hi Tinbin...I think you are reading this ann. Incorrectly. The extra almost 65K does not relate to the original Rights Issue of around 3 million, it relates to the additional 1.5 million being raised directly by SI's. There will no doubt be an additional ann. surrounding the placement of the Rights Issue Shortfall and I believe this was also oversubscribed (strange considering only 37% of SH's took up the offer), as I attempted to obtain more and CPS said no....in fact they only gave me 40% of what I asked for, as already previously posted.
