Now DanM, I know you have been around here a long time as I have., but the SP has been sub 1c since July, and OVT has issued hundreds of millions of shares at .004 or less.
The ‘people from group one’ that you mention represent maybe half a billion shares, including institutionals who lost a lot of coin via Clee during the 50 mill IOU raise. These are the people who can and will take their x6 to x8 gains while they can. They are just recouping their losses on a company who will not be turning a profit for years.
