That's the big question - how big a war chest would they have? And the fact they want to open in the USA - new offices, financing, staff, advertising, etc, etc. Litigation still ongoing and no stated timeline as to when any of them will be successful (and whether if successful the funds are retrievable and not already gone). Don;t forget they only have $7M in litigation right now and that has taken well over a year with no end in sight. The remaining $15M that they say they know where it is has not gone to court yet. If/When it does, that could be in the courts as long as these current litigations - so at least a year or more. So, again, where are they going to get the funding for all these expansion plans?
