This company has a small board of directors. IMO the glue was the Chairman Mr Halliday and Mr Woszczalski. Mr Halliday resigned abruptly with immediate effect in November, not long after going to Vegas with Mr Woszczalski and Mr Keast. Like Mr Halliday, Mr Woszczalski is a highly experienced finance business operator in his own right, with a billion dollar business to run in Australia. His input to the Board is vital.
