This is what the market wants. A plan is merely a wish on paper until financial backing turns it into reality.
Even a redacted plan would've had a similar or neutral outcome. Best case would've been a 10-20% spike followed by a drop.
We need progress and money.
Until then, its a game of trying to catch the falling knife, which is impossible. As long as Keast is in the game, so am I. If he resigned, it would be game over.
