I don't think they will go into voluntary admin. The inquiry is still going and I think ASX would have wanted more in answers than they got. The response looked like it was written by a junior staff member and that's putting it very kindly.
If the next response is as bad as the last they will be suspended until they provide the right info. The problem is once ASX scratch the surface they will most likely find enough to refer it to ASIC, Clee already has red flags against his name and let's face it this is Clee's company.
