    Can I just add this.  If Mosig goes ahead with this Plan...AND he does it before Scandium International (correct me if that's wrong)
    As he says in this snippet from the Owendale Update.
    He will have effectively signalled to the world Ali producers....He has a established a reliable primary source of Scandium oxide....in Australia.
    The value of CLQ and others who have scandium would get a nudge don't you think?
    Just a thought.
