    Interesting, this is not to take anything away from teddy BUT the sentence he quoted originally referred to the original planned demo plant, not the newly proposed pilot plant - the new proposal addresses the cash flow limitation. Hope this makes sense, of course it could have been a strategic downramp to buy more lol ... if so very tactful and highly intelligent
