In the notes of the appendix 4E it talks about insurance coverage, so as long there is no breach of the insurance policy i would expect most of it to be covered by the Insurer.
At the moment apart from a contingent liability recognized for the possible legal action there is no booking of insurance receivable which will happen when the case outcome is finalized.
