We didn't have the experience, the staff nor the equipment to begin as owner miners. We now are able to employ ex jemrok staff that were working at Granville who are no doubt bloody happy they are back in employment and we have been blessed with jemroks equipment. Yes jemrok said it'd be done in 6 weeks but they couldn't beat the wet season, move on as it's done now and we look forward. I work in construction and I know how much wet weather causes delays during the in ground works, so I can imagine how difficult it would be to build a dam in winter in an area that receives on average more rain in winter than anywhere in Australia. Yes, income has been delayed (not lost) but the tin hasn't disappeared, it will come. Management are on an income just like every other spec on the asx that aren't cash flow positive (the difference is we will be in a short time unlike so many other specs on the asx).
