We publish clear information that saves us a tonne of time having to meet people and explain the basics about the business.
When an investor contacts KPG they are sent a list of items to review, asked to send written questions which are answered and then any subsequent meeting is much more informed.
Importantly, lazy tyre kicker 'investors' are deterred from wasting precious management time.
