Anyone with experience in small cap explorers know if a leap over to Preliminary Economic Assessment is possible? Basically a half-skip over scoping study/PFS PFS2.0 etc etc, for you're doing the more thorough assessment of basic precious metal stuff and contextually it be moot point-ish.
