The problem appears to be limited to the US manufactured patches. We don't know the identity of this US manufacturer. I do remember that the last time a US company manufactured patches for us they crystallized and Labtek had to step in. Is this deja vu all over again?
If this is crystallization somebody has to walk the plank.
