Turps, I am a scientist and have published several peer reviewed journal articles. Paul Gavin at the last AGM dedicated himself to publish. Nothing has been forthcoming.
If he did not submit articles to the journals, then he did not mean what he said at the AGM.
If he did in fact submit articles as he promised, which I suspect is the case, then his submissions must have been rejected or they would by now be in the public domain
In either case, the scenario is very scary.
