I particularly like the way that the share component of the restructured purchase payment is contingent upon achieving sizeable JORC's.

Temujin must be confident that we'll get at least 300,000 tons, and possibly 900,000 tons, since that's what has to be achieved for them to get their 15 and 20 million shares.

And Temujin would know better than anybody what's likely to be down there.

And the costs of defining the JORC are going to be relatively inexpensive.

Reads well IMO.
