Would love to believe in a possible take over Aussie Joe but there is no way that Swan can approve a foreign owned company after knocking back Min Metals on security grounds (especially with Oz China relations in the toilet)... and BHP have stated that they are only interested in "Tier One" assets (and they obviously don't consider PH as one of 'em). So, which other Oz based resource company has the $ to put forward a decent proposal?
