    Oops! I just realised that this is going to impact my margin loan.

    The borrowing value against my OZL shares will disappear if the deal gets up and I won't get the cash until a couple of weeks later meaning that based on my present circumstances I would get a margin call once OZL is taken off the approved borrowing list.
