Thanks, I've actually been aiming to ditch my margin loan and was just reflecting that the proceeds of the OZL takeover would achieve that in one go when it occurred to me the impact of the takeover on my margin loan and the immediate LVR drop from 50% to 0% prior to me getting the proceeds.
I might just look at pumping any spare cash towards reducing my loan, with some discipline I would lower it enough to cover the LVR drop if the takeover gets up.
