    I don't doubt your experience but the OZL takeover of CZI, after earning a 70% stake through a farm-in joint venture, was very friendly and CZI shareholders (myself included) walked away happy enough and with shares in the CPN spinoff. The JV happened during a far more distressed market for nickel and copper than today too.
