Nice try but no bananas. OZL has a quality portfolio mostly in first world jurisdictions with competent management and are good at developing and building mineral deposits within budget (unlike BHP). Very opportunistic timing and once the world realizes that warehouse stock level numbers in China are a complete fiction, and wake up to the fact that there isn't much copper supply out there reality will mug this offer.
