While electrification may not be as green as they say it's not going away anytime soon. Even mining companies are going electric. Cost of living is simply government mismanagement and over spending and the US administration's war against fossil fuels was naive and destructive but it didn't have to be that way. Most reports only ever see copper use increasing while mines are depleting and electrification has barely even got started.
