Yes the deal is base don OZL script. Conversely a decent fall in the market should affect CZI more than OZL (have a look a the low in Feb/March) as they have no cash flow.

In fact since OZL have a decent amount of gold based cash flow ( including some forward sales) it is decently positioned positioned going forward.

I agree with what you are saying but my point is that the metrics are based on a 4 - 5 month high for OZL.
