Yes to a tad disappointing and Arsenic's 'a bit skinny' re the deal. I've been thinking about it - Iike everyone - all morning and have finally settled on accepting the deal if only because both boards endorse it - and who'd want Richard Bevan and Cassini to be part of a proposed mine when their hearts are elsewhere? We have, imo, to go with the flow. As to those who want to capitalise, the CGT implications of selling before or after the transaction seem huge.
