Maybe they are waiting for the shareholders meeting that they need to confirm the consolidation, and this would have to wait till 333D had swallowed the MOU and had all the "necessary" approvals. But as this seems to be a reverse takeover they can wait as long as they want to work out whether 333D does the consolidation or that OZB does it before 333D takes them over and who knows they might cancel all the OZB shares as worthless and start all over again? ANy other suggestions?
