    Hi As I see things . If OZL only get 51 percent of AVB then the directors will have to PAY for their options before accepting OZLs offer .Yes there will be some dilution but those funds will go to the cash credits for AVB . Maybe this can be all fixed by a Nod of the head and some shifting figures on the Bank Balance. Cheers Towie
