Simples-They get up the next day after the change and have no change, same work, same fees, cash put in bank accounts and probably a nice new car, plus someone else can worry about the projects, they will still have zero skin in the game. I cannot tell folk what I really think of all this, but I am pragmatic, I have seen much over the years, human nature to the fore again. I am thankful for small mercies, I never met with any of them.
