nah.

It is because of OZL's 3 years planning with AVB';s scheming BOD to sell us out in conjunction with BR selling us down the river to 7.7c. that we were not already 17c or more which is AVB's min true value.
If all this TO action had not happened and AVB directors had put their energy into increasing s/h value, as they promised, instead of stabbing them in the back and creaming their own palms and been more intelligent in keeping the market informed of progress at the mine/s we would have been higher than 17c now, without OZL, thank you.

We need to especially add the actions of Blackrock in selling down AVB continuously, hitting every announcement and (from what I heard on the grapevine at the time) refusing to sell in a cross trade to other large funds.

Isn't it strange that their charter allows them to stand still at the moment?
