Some senior within AVB did say to myself and others a number of times over the duration of 2017 that news was being squashed. Why not promote the success of the company?
The level of disclosure in the last 12 months has not been anywhere near adequate IMO.
The timing of this offer is also highly questionable. Two items that are worthy of follow up in due course.
