As you are aware, ASX is not a regulator. However, listed companies are obliged to adhere to the established listing rules.

So it's just a matter of writing to ASX Complience that AVB appears in breach of ASX listing rule 3.1 about continuous disclosure of price sensitive information.

I have read these listing rules, and I can find nothing that precludes AVB from meeting its disclosure obligations simply because it is the subject of a takeover.
