My understanding is this
The compulsory acquisition has to be paid out in cash only, no OZL shares that continue to fall which continue to devalue the offer and when those shares are received by those accepting the T/O I would think many would sell out.
An independent valuation should see a minimum of 17 cents which is around what the offer is worth now but could see one higher. (although given what we have gone through nothing would surprise me)
I would be interested to know the process of the independent valuation and how theyre selected if anyone can shine a light on this.

as i understand it Sect 667A of Corporations Act "be preparedby a person nominated by ASIC under section 667AA"
