Oz needs their 50.1% before the 7th June I believe. If not they might have to allow those who have. accepted to take back shares.

Crunch time it is and they need the institutions to commit.

Otherwise they might decide to go unconditional and be prepared to drag this out for the next 9 months.

Or they may choose to go away and come back another day.

Something to break the stalemate as they only have 40% atm...with around 40% in g and g and the rebels camps there's not much wiggle room.
