Director's have to wait for unconditional. They can't convert until that time. My guess is within a week?
I know OZL will have their teams working out where things are at etc. However, I find out some things before they do. eg some who posted acceptances and have advised me. They are not on OZL's tally sheet yet but they are on mine.
The opportunity funds, like many of us, are waiting and may not tip their 15% into the IAF until last days but that doesn't mean there is any doubt they will. They are only in it to make money and the only way they can make money is to sell their AVB shares to someone. Do you think they would take a punt on a second offer and possibly zero liquidity? Would make life interesting if they would
Only one buyer at the moment and whether you want to take my view on it that OZL are effectively over 50% or not it should be apparent now that there is no second offer coming. No one is going to put up an offer with so much in OZL's hands.
Wouldn't surprise me if someone put up an offer for OZL though
