Half of the $1 million per month can be spent on maturing their other assets .
The NPV of the project may be higher but this avoids the brutal dilution that would be required if HAV was to maintain equity in the project.
Seems a very good deal to me .
Market price still showing some scepticism .
If the deal goes ahead some of the contingent payments seem very likely given the increased drilling of the deposit and the predicted supply gap for the years ahead .
