like the potential for JVs where HAV maintains a big chunk of equity but can lean on the experience and expertise of OZL in developing the projects is really good, HAV has been a very small company for too long and can’t realistically just instantly ramp up and successfully develop multiple 100 million + capex projects on their own even if they have the money, but can see it working well with a larger partner.
