I was doing more research into this and discovered that this isn't the first time HAV have been approached to sell their assets. Back in 2019, GFG proposed a 100mil funding arrangement to sell a 51% of the company. It was scrapped abruptly when Giles voted against the proposal.
Just shows management knows the value of the company's assets.
Further shows anyone who's wants to buy our assets have to pay the right price. Management have the voting power to block undervalued deals.
