Yes, a good deal for Kalkaroo.
It is a long dated option to buy so nothing is assured. A real toss of the coin.
Obviously a lot of technical assessment work has to be undertaken by OZ to get comfortable. Clearly, there is a lot of uncertainty about the project and that is reflected in the deal structure.
A long way short of the NPV's of billions quoted by certain posters.
