Zero chance in my opinion. Blackrock have the register locked down.
They already know what % they require, of else these guys don't offer.
Note this started in April 2017, when Blackrock increased their leverage in OZL.
The writings were on the wall and it was always going to be tough between other majors to take away the %'s for approval.
The only way is if ASIC vote against it, thus zero chance.

Bugger. Oh well, live to fight another day.

The OZL share price will get rocked once this is all done and dusted.
