    going unconditional just means they are sure to pay up for the % that they have ....it is near enough their previous conditional bid of 50.1% ....so now the games really begin with the intent of the other major holders, or else a period while AVB continues to be listed before another offer can be made.

    gonna be an interesting day tomorrow.
