Anyone that desperate to be paid could sell on market, even faster payment and no worries about what might happen to the OZL share price.

As for a rush to accept before June 14th, don't forget the offer is automatically extended for 14 days if OZL get over 50% by then. So I can't see why many holders would need to be in a rush.
