Note comments by some re possibility of SKI re-entering the picture after their court case is resolved.
Did SKI pull out of discussions with AUZ because of the court case they are in? that was not my understanding I had assumed it was because they could not get comfortable with the deal despite all the extensions - it was some time ago but I seem to recall there was information to suggest that SKI signed an offtake agreement elsewhere after they exited the discussions with AUZ .
