This doesn't tell us anything we don't already know but nonetheless these milestones must be met and formally announced to the market.

The most pleasing thing was how quickly the wave II part was finalized and announced after the MLA was signed, it felt like wave I took forever so it's nice to see some momentum and some indication that wave II is progressing.

This relationship between OBJ and P&G would have learned many things about each other throughout the MLA and Wave I negotiations and it seems (and is logical) that the product pipeline will flow a bit better moving forward.

The real question here is whether or not this announcement would have been made so quickly if the AGM / vote wasn't around the corner. I suspect everything was in place/applying finishing touches for this announcement last week some time and probably finalized in person when some of the OBJ representatives were reportedly overseas recently.

Pleasing, reassuring and solid announcement, albeit unspectacular.
