looking at that, the wand seems to be dipped into the jar although it does not show that. Effectively it means that any cream could work better if applied with the wand, assuming the physics is worked on. So the get the rights to use the wand exclusively I can see quite a large royalty being required, or other companies could and would copy. ABDM's thoughts and smac, please.
