I have to disagree they have informed us and quite correctly that P&G have now asked for more time on a non exclusive basis ...we had to be told now in my opinion only. It is obvious to me that OBJ has exercised some muscle here in sticking to their guns by not giveing P&G more time on an exclusive basis, which further tells me that OBJ management obviously believes it is in a position of strength here and has enough confidence in other potential offers from other majors who actually maybe in a better position to distribute body guard more effectively and besides why should we even want all our product innovation tied up to one major. I feel far more comfortable that OBJ is connecting with many major companies especially with Bodyguard...OBJ in my opinion only are playing hard ball and have stuck by their time schedual and are negotiating from a position of strength because of the interest from other majors, my 2 cents worth.
